day 3-4

Was trying to eat vegetables and more fruits. Had shabu shabu. Allow myself to have some sweets in d morning. Still keep on with this crazy work out. Frankly, i think i need more time than one week. Dont see any result yet. Just pain all over my body! Trying to get rid of meat! So hard! Wish i was born vegetarian!!!

Just got my tix to hong kong. Flying on monday afternoon!
