day 2

Had boiled chicken gizzard for breakfast and iced green tea latte. After gym met Alex, who showed me this new exercises for my back. I will try it tomorrow morning + usual run and swim! Had watermelon and passion fruit for lunch and veg salad for dinner. Hopefully wont eat at night! Will check my weight tomorrow. I need to get rid of 8 kg in next 7-10 days!
