day 1.

Since I've been on vacation for so long, i gained 8 kg. When i saw 80 on weigh scale i was shocked!
I decide to sit on a strict diet and keep a diary! So today:
run 1 hour,
then did 3 different abs exercises



had vegetables salad with chicken gizzard and watermelon for dinner. Also bought passion fruit for later. Since I go to bed very late I always feel hungry and crave for something sweet. Instead of chocolates I decided to have passion fruit! Lets see how it goes! My target 5-7 kg off during next 7 days!


How do i feel? I HATE EXERCISING AND DIETS! but i need to loose those horrifying 8kg!
